We believe shipping costs shouldn’t be a surprise at checkout. Every order ships free — no minimum purchase, no hidden conditions.
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT on business days (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same business day.
- Orders after 5:00 PM PT, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Continental US: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days after dispatch
We currently ship within the United States only.
Carriers
We work with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection depends on your address and package size. Tracking information is provided via email after dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You can also track orders by logging into your account.
Important Notes
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed — weather, carrier delays, or other factors may affect timing.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
- Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but reported missing should be claimed with the carrier directly.
