Our Warranty
Every product we sell is covered by our quality guarantee. If your product has a manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, we’ll replace it or refund you — your choice.
What the Warranty Covers
Manufacturing defects — things wrong with the product when it left the factory: cracked handles, faulty motors, coatings that peel off, or components that don’t fit properly.
What It Does NOT Cover
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from dropping, hitting, or mishandling
- Using the product in ways not intended (e.g., non-dishwasher-safe parts in dishwasher)
- Rust from improper storage
- Lost parts or accessories
- Unauthorized modifications or self-repairs

How to Claim
Email contact@kitsio.shop with: your order number, a photo/video of the defect, and a brief description. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
